My focus is family-based immigration. If you have a loved one or a family member that is residing outside of the U.S., I may be able to assist you with filing the applicable petition to help them move to the U.S., if the immigration requirements are met. Once your family member is in the U.S., they may need to adjust status to become a legal permanent resident and later to get citizenship. I am thankful for the opportunity to consult with you about which petition is best suited for your situation, and what steps you need to take in order to file it. I’m also fluent in Spanish and Russian.
